Starter Packs Glasgow works in partnership with over 50 different agencies across Glasgow .We rely on our partners to assess the needs of each household and to provide us with the information which will enable us to create packs which best meet those needs. Statutory and community agencies who operate within the Glasgow area and who have clients who would benefit from receiving a starter pack are invited to contact us to discuss how we can work together. Agencies who use our service are required to arrange delivery of the packs to their clients, as we have no transport of our own. Packs can be picked up from our main base in Glasgow

Referral Criteria

• Potential clients have to be referred by housing officers, support agencies ,community or social workers. 
  Clients must be moving into a permanent tenancy in local authority/social housing or into a new unfurnished tenancy in the private rented housing sector.
