Our primary client group is that of homeless households acquiring permanent tenancies, some of the city's marginalised residents. Pack provision contributes to the sustainment of tenancies promoting stability for the household, cohesiveness for the community and cost reductions for the landlord. |

| We may be able to provide curtains and other household items, but we cannot supply any of these without public support. If you have any of these items that are in good condition and you no longer need them. Please donate them to us. We also accept cash donations, the money is used to buy new items such as cleaning materials and toiletries. For more information please call our team. | |||||||||

| As part of an ongoing project, Glasgow
Housing Association (GHA), local Housing Officers may make
referrals where delivery of starter packs is arranged. In other referrals the starter pack is collected by the referring agency who will then deliver it to the client. |
