| We source household items on a predominantly re-use basis and redistribute these goods in the form of Starter Packs to households making the transition from homelessness to taking up of new permanent tenancies. | |||||

| We may be able to provide curtains and other household items, but we cannot supply any of these without public support. If you have any of these items that are in good condition and you no longer need them. Please donate them to us. | |||||

Process |

| We will obtain from the referring worker all the information we require to process the order. | |||||
| Delivery | |||||
| As part of an ongoing project. Glasgow
Housing Association (GHA), local Housing Officers may make
referrals where delivery of Starter Packs is arranged. In other referrals of the Starter Packs is collected by the referring agency who will then deliver it to the client. |
